Refund Policy

Qualifyr offers a free trial/demo so you can evaluate the platform before upgrading to a paid subscription.

1. Subscription Payments

All paid subscriptions are non-refundable once activated.

2. 48-Hour Exception

If a payment was accidental or duplicate, you may contact us within 48 hours of the transaction. Refund requests are reviewed at our discretion.

3. WhatsApp / Meta Account Issues

Qualifyr is not responsible for WhatsApp or Meta account suspensions resulting from policy violations. Refunds are not applicable in such cases.

4. Technical Issues

If the platform becomes completely non-functional due to an internal technical issue and remains unresolved for more than 7 working days after written notice, we may review refund eligibility on a case-by-case basis.

5. Refund Processing (If Approved)

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method

  • Applicable payment gateway charges may be deducted

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription anytime to avoid future renewals. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.
