How the Connection Works

Step 1: Connect Your Google Account

From your Qualifyr dashboard, navigate to Settings → Google Integration and click Connect Google.

Users authenticate using Google’s secure OAuth authorization system.


Step 2: Grant Permissions

Qualifyr requests only the minimum permissions required to provide the selected functionality.

Depending on the enabled features, Qualifyr may request access to:

  • Google Sheets for storing lead data

  • Google Docs for creating reports

  • Google Drive for storing and organizing generated files


Step 3: Automate Your Workflow

Once connected:

  • Qualified WhatsApp leads are synced automatically

  • Reports can be generated in Google Docs

  • Files can be stored and managed in Google Drive

  • Users remain in full control of their data


Google Services Used

Google Sheets

Qualifyr can create, update, and synchronize lead data with spreadsheets explicitly selected by the user.

We do not access spreadsheets that users have not authorized.


Google Docs

Qualifyr can generate lead reports, summaries, and business documents in Google Docs.

Only documents created or selected by the user are accessed.


Google Drive

Qualifyr uses Google Drive to store and organize files generated through the platform.

Access is limited to files and folders authorized by the user.


Your Data Remains Yours

Qualifyr is designed with privacy and security as a priority.

We:

  • Never sell Google user data

  • Never use Google data for advertising

  • Encrypt stored tokens and sensitive information

  • Allow users to revoke access at any time

  • Request only the minimum permissions required


Google API Policy Compliance

Qualifyr’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Google user data is not used to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning (ML) models.


Revoke Access Anytime

Users may disconnect their Google account at any time through:
