Qualifyr is a WhatsApp-based lead qualification and marketing automation SaaS platform. It allows businesses to automate WhatsApp conversations, qualify inbound leads, and sync lead data with tools like Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Drive.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information:

Personal information voluntarily provided by users (such as name, email address, phone number)
Account and login information
Usage and interaction data related to our software tools
Technical data including IP address, browser type, device information, and access logs
Google account data as described in Section 4 below, only when you authorise the Google integration

3. Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, along with the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. An anonymised string created from your email address (a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to retrieve your profile picture. 4. Google API Data — Google Workspace Integration

Important: This section specifically addresses how Qualifyr accesses and uses data obtained through Google APIs, in compliance with Google’s API Services User Data Policy including the Limited Use requirements.

4.1 Why We Request Google Account Access

Qualifyr integrates with Google Workspace services to allow you to automatically sync WhatsApp lead data with your chosen Google Sheets, generate lead reports in Google Docs, and organise files in Google Drive. You explicitly connect your Google account from within the Qualifyr platform dashboard to enable this functionality.

We do not access your Google account unless you explicitly authorise this connection. You can revoke access at any time from your Google Account permissions page at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

4.2 Google API Scopes We Request

The following table explains each Google API scope Qualifyr may request and the specific reason:

Google API / Scope	Purpose
Google Sheets API	Read and write to spreadsheets the user selects, to log and update WhatsApp lead data
Google Drive API	Browse and access files or folders explicitly chosen by the user for data sync
Google Docs API	Create or update lead reports in documents specified by the user

We request only the minimum scopes necessary for the features you choose to use.

4.3 How We Use Google User Data

Data obtained through Google APIs is used solely for the following purposes:

Reading and writing lead data to the specific Google Sheets you designate within the Qualifyr dashboard
Creating or updating documents in Google Docs as part of automated lead reporting workflows you configure
Accessing files or folders in Google Drive that you explicitly select for integration

We never: use Google user data for advertising, sell or share it with third parties, use it to train machine learning models, allow humans to read your Google data except where you explicitly request support and grant access, or transfer your Google data to any service outside the scope described here.

4.4 Google Limited Use Compliance

Qualifyr’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. See: https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy

4.5 Data Storage and Security for Google Data

Google OAuth tokens are stored securely on our servers with encryption. We do not store the actual content of your Google Sheets, Docs, or Drive files beyond what is needed to execute the specific sync action you have triggered. Temporary data is purged immediately after processing.

4.6 Revoking Google Access

You can disconnect your Google account from Qualifyr at any time via your account settings, or by visiting https://myaccount.google.com/permissions and removing Qualifyr’s access. Revoking access will stop all Google integrations immediately.

5. Media

If you upload images to the website, avoid including embedded location data (EXIF GPS), as visitors may download and extract this information.

6. Cookies

We use cookies to:

Save user preferences
Enable login functionality
Improve website performance and user experience

Comment cookies last for one year. Login cookies last from two days up to two weeks depending on your selection. You may disable cookies through your browser settings.

7. Embedded Content

Articles may include embedded content (videos, images, etc.). Embedded content behaves as if you visited the third-party website directly and may collect data about you.

8. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal data to any third party. If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email. Visitor comments may be checked through automated spam detection services.

We do not sell, rent, or share Google user data with any third party under any circumstances.

9. Data Retention

Comments and metadata are retained indefinitely
Registered user data is stored until you delete it or request removal
Google OAuth tokens are retained only while your integration is active and are deleted immediately upon disconnection
Certain data may be retained for legal, security, or compliance purposes

You have the right to:

Request correction or deletion
Request data export
Withdraw consent where applicable, including revoking Google account access at any time
